PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. During summer months we will ship all orders Monday-Wednesday due to the heat. We want your candles to arrive in the best shape possible.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied, we want to help you! Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Vivacious Candle order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.

Care Instructions
When you light your candle for the first time, allow the candle to create a significant pool of wax. Usually burning you candle for 1-2 hours will do.
Warning! To prevent fire or serious injury.
Never leave candle burning unattended. Keep out of reach of children, pets, and flammable materials.
Trim wick to 1/4" prior to lighting. Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time. Container will be hot when candle is lit. Allow to cool before relighting. Burn on heat resistant surfaces.
